I think a lot of people have a hard time envisioning how online interaction can improve their power to govern. Digital Citizen will provide provide a clear opportunity to impact change and certainly raise that percentage!
I’m happy that more than half the respondents said it would be helpful, and that was back in 2012, so based on trends of increasing political activity online, it’s probably already a higher percentage now.
